How I Work

Life is a challenge! We all need support. Therapy is a space to explore, process, feel, notice, offload, to find perspective, to notice patterns of behaviour and much more.

This relationship between client and therapist is key, we take time together to co-create a safe container that can hold unfolding process with heart and presence. Our life experience manifests in our present and in relationship, we explore what arises with open-minded curiosity and sensitive awareness.

There is no one way to ‘do therapy’, each session is as unique as each person. Perhaps you need quiet, maybe to move, maybe to notice and sit with discomfort or just to be seen. At times feeling emotions as physical sensations in the body can lead to profound unfolding. I feel into what you need and meet you where you are.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about this work or whether you think it would suit your needs. I work with all sorts of issues; anxiety, depression, anger, fear, grief, trauma, sexuality, gender, co-dependency… This work can be deep and challenging but playful too and always full of heart. I love to bring my own authenticity and hope that it might help you find yours.

  • 'Healing is about awareness within the present moment. An awareness of our present experience, and how we organize our responses to that experience, is a fundamental principle in Core Process Psychotherapy'.
